Good evening, I’m a 20-year-old man, my BB is now 73 kg. I’m on a diet. I want to enter the workforce which requires me to at least be 66 kg. I have done not eat more than 7 pm, reduce rice, reduce sugar consumption, multiply drinking water, exercise regularly (I often jog and run quite a long distance), sleep regularly, also multiply protein and vegetables. My question is whether the diet above is correct? then whatever might be able to lose 7 kg in 10 days. Thank you
