How To Enlarge Breast?
I’m 22 but why are my breasts so small even though I’m not skinny? I’ve also bought a breast enlargement device but the result is still zero
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Actual breast size is often subjective. Small to one person may not necessarily be small to another. Therefore, as long as it doesn't interfere with its function, such as when breastfeeding, there should be no need to worry too much about small breasts.
Breast enlargement is one part of secondary sexual development in women. The size of the breast size is influenced by genetic factors (congenital), hormonal conditions, weight, side effects of drugs, and the presence of certain medical disorders. If your secondary sexual development is running normally, for example, characterized by the growth of fine hair around the pubic area, enlargement of the hips, and regular menstruation, then the condition you are experiencing is probably still quite normal.
Until now, there is not enough evidence that states the effectiveness of breast enlargement tools. Medically, increasing the size of the new breast is possible through a surgical procedure. If you are interested in doing this, you can consult a plastic surgeon directly.
But our advice, instead of focusing on the size that is less than ideal, you should thank God for the gift of your breast shape and take good care of your breasts. During pregnancy and breastfeeding later, your breasts will enlarge on their own without requiring special treatment. Take care of your breasts by:
Take a shower regularly 2x a day Wear a bra made of soft and fit for your bust size (not too loose and not too narrow) Eat healthy foods and rich in antioxidants (such as vegetables, fruit, fish oil) Avoid instant foods and preservatives Maintain ideal body weight Diligently perform breast self-examination (BSE)
Hope it helps ya..
