at night. I want to ask. I am 19 years old, but my breasts are small, so they are not like children of the same age in general. Is there a natural way to deal with it? Thank you

1 Answer:

Good evening Amrina. Thank you for your question.

Having beautiful breasts with large sizes is indeed the dream of many women. However, breast size is influenced by genetics and hormones so you should not expect much if your family (mother, sister or brother) has small breasts.

Breast growth is one part of the growth of secondary sexual organs in women. These changes occur when girls enter the age of puberty. Puberty itself is a phase that bridges childhood with adulthood. This transitional phase is characterized by various kinds of changes both in terms of physical-biological and psychological aspects.

In girls, puberty occurs earlier than in boys. Normally, girls will experience puberty from the age of 8 to 13 years. However, the average child experiences puberty at the age of 10 years. This phase is characterized by breast growth resembling a small mountain which sometimes feels painful, especially when touched. And this breast growth will continue until the age of 21 years. So that at the age of > 21 years it is unlikely that there will be an increase in breast size except during menstruation, ovulation and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The size of a woman's breasts is also influenced by several factors, such as:

·         Genetics (heredity)

·        Race

·         Nutritional intake

·         Hormonal changes, for example during pre menstruation, early pregnancy, breastfeeding

· Sport

·         Chronic disease

·    Other diseases suffered, for example breast tumors, mastitis (inflammation of the mammary glands), etc

Based on this, previous trauma to your breasts is not likely to result in your breasts stopping their growth.

Some ways you can do to enlarge your breasts:

·      Drinking breast enlargement supplements that contain synthetic hormones

· Using a topical breast cream, however, there is no research that can prove its effectiveness

·      Doing certain sports that strengthen the chest wall muscles so that they can improve breast posture

·    Performing implants in the breast

You don't need to worry about small breasts, because that's not the main problem. To be able to find out more about the complaints that you feel, then try to consult with an obstetrician or plastic surgeon. So you can understand more about how you feel whether your breast size is normal or not and what can be done.

As a first step, you should:

·        Consume lots of vegetables and fruit

·         Limit the food instant, with preservatives

·        Avoid stress

·        Exercise regularly

·         Learn to do breast massage

May be useful,
