How To Get Hand Function Back To Normal?

yes, my motor nerves are pinched but I have been on treatment for 1 month and my motor nerves are still not working on the left wrist until the fingers are weak. For the wrist up it can move normally. What do you think I need to do to get my left hand working again?
1 Answer:
Hello,
Nerve disorders do require immediate treatment and long enough physiotherapy to be able to restore your motor function. It's a good idea to check with a neurologist and orthopedic specialist to assess the condition of your pinched nerve and determine the best steps you can take so that hand function can return to normal.
No specific time frame can be given to restore your motor strength without first knowing the exact cause of the weakness and the condition you are experiencing.
So, consult a doctor as soon as possible and be patient with the physiotherapy and treatment recommended by your doctor.
You can do fine and gross motor exercises as often as possible according to your therapy recommendations. Don't give up, take regular medication and manage stress.
I hope this helps.
