R nAt that time my dog bitten my eye, until my eyelid was torn and the middle part of my eyelid became hollow, I went to the doctor and was given a meat cell growth medicine, and now my eyelids are normal but so there are parts that are damaged. no eyelashes, is there any way to grow my lashes? Please answer yes, I don’t feel confident about it. Thx.
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com.
Eyelashes grow from hair follicles (hair follicles) that are on the surface of the skin. A history of tearing on the skin of the eyelids can indeed damage these hair follicles, making it difficult for the lashes to grow back. This eyelash growth can also be stunted due to the scar tissue that grows on the eyelid to replace the previously torn skin.
If there are no hair follicles that are functioning properly, then of course hair growth can no longer be expected to run naturally. This condition is generally permanent until you age.
As long as it doesn't interfere with the function of your eyes in general, this condition is actually not dangerous. You can cover it, for example with cosmetics (use of false eyelashes).
However, if you feel very disturbed and not confident about the condition of your eyelids, you can check with a skin and genital specialist. In the medical realm, doing an eyelash transplant procedure can be done to help improve the aesthetics of your eyes. This procedure is done by implanting a portion of your own head hair to be inserted in the gap of the bald lashes. Of course, this procedure is performed under local anesthesia to minimize the discomfort the patient may experience.
Hope this helps ..
