How To Increase Eosinophils?
My lab results show my WBCs are 6.6 (according to the reference value is good) but my eosinophils are 0 (according to the reference value is poor). How do I increase my eosinophils? What risks may I experience?
Based on the results of the laboratory tests that you attach, your leukocyte results show normal results. Likewise, your eosinophil results with a zero value also still show good results and are not dangerous or have any impact. The value of reference results in each laboratory can vary. However, normal eosinophils have low values ranging from 1-3% or 1-5%, some are 0-3%. No special therapy is required to increase your eosinophil levels. In fact, if there is an increase in eosinophil levels or an increase that is too high it is precisely what a condition or abnormality needs to be aware of, which can include:
A decrease in eosinophils can occur in conditions of stress, fatigue, decreased immunity, burns, but nothing dangerous can be caused and there is no special treatment. Some of the things you can do include:
keep a regular diet
don't eat late
get enough rest
avoid excessive activity
avoid excess stress
enough to drink water at least 2 L per day
