Therefore, the phrase 'the action of antibodies is influenced by the immune system' is incorrect. These antibodies are part of the immune system. Body conditions that are not optimal, such as nutritional deficiencies or exposure to certain chemicals, will reduce the performance of the immune system, including the work of antibodies.


The way to optimize the immune system is by adopting a healthy lifestyle and a good diet. For example:

Avoid cigarettes, excessive alcohol, and drug abuse.
Rest regularly. Sleep 6-8 hours a night.
Recognize and overcome stress factors as much as possible.
Regular exercise 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes.
Use a mask when driving to minimize pollution exposure.
