Hello doctor, I have a panic attack, I have cold sweat, nervousness, shortness of breath, empty thoughts, and always think that I will die today, and I am very afraid of death. Even though I went back and forth to see a doctor and there was no problem with my health. Lately I have been able to overcome most of my fears, but I still feel that if I am not focused when talking to others, I feel dazed and my mind is blank, and I am still very concerned that I am afraid of death and will die in time close.
