How To Overcome Excessive Emotions So As Not To Do Bad Things?
Good afternoon, what do you want to ask about how to deal with bubbling emotions? I often think that is strange if my condition is really down, because there is too much pressure and demands from parents and others, so I often think to do bad things. How can I control my thoughts and emotions rather not doing bad things?
Thank you for the question.
Excessive emotions, feelings of depression, helplessness, until thoughts arise to do negative things, both to oneself or others may indicate depression. This condition includes a psychiatric disorder that can be triggered by genetic factors, parenting since childhood, environmental conditions, a history of past traumatic events, as well as abnormalities in the balance of certain chemical compounds in the brain. Depression itself needs to be treated further, especially if it has reduced the quality and function of the sufferer, especially to cause symptoms of psychosis to the desire to end life.
Not only depression, your complaints may also arise due to other triggers, such as delusional disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and so on. Consumption of drugs or alcohol is also not uncommon to trigger psychotic disorders with characteristics as you experience.
Our advice, before it's too late, check yourself directly to the doctor or psychiatrist. With in-depth interviews, doctors are often able to identify appropriate treatment steps, such as by conducting psychotherapy, administering drugs, or perhaps also carrying out diagnostic procedures and other treatments.
In the meantime, here are our suggestions for you:
Expand your self-introspection, maybe there really needs to be addressed in you
Think positive, believe that the actions of parents and others around you are solely aimed at making you a better person, not vice versa
Don't always blame others or circumstances, focus on doing your best to your best ability
Busy improve yourself, and develop your potential, so that you become a person who is more valued
Make yourself calm, such as by being more diligent in worshiping, meditating, relaxing, doing hobbies, or occasional vacations
Manage your time well, scale priorities, and fill your days with productive activities
Improve your relationship with parents, relatives, friends, and other people around you
Try to understand other people, don't just want to be understood
Discipline to implement a healthy lifestyle, stay away from cigarettes, drugs, and alcohol
Hope this helps ...
