Hello yuna

Thank you for your question on HealthReplies.com

Basically, disturbances in the shape of the feet are divided into several, including the form X, O and XO. Leg deformity will usually occur in infants and children, which will last for about 6 to 10 years. There are several causes of foot shape disorders, namely:

1. Rickets, which is a disease caused by vitamin D deficiency

2. Blount disease, which is a condition where the shin plate has an abnormal growth

3. Paget's disease is a condition of bone metabolism disorders that causes bones to become brittle.

Handling foot disorders according to the severity of the foot deformity, if the leg deformity is severe and takes a long time, then the therapy using a tool or physical therapy does not look very significant changes. If you want to experience significant changes then surgery must be done.

You can consult with an orthopedic doctor to get therapy and other therapeutic suggestions.

Or you can do a few tips, so as not to aggravate the disorder, including: weight loss, using a preservative and exercise.

Hopefully it is useful and always healthy. :)
