How To Prevent Pregnancy Without The Help Of Contraception?
I want to ask, I was just running out of operation because I was pregnant outside of the environment and then 1 month later I had a 3 month injection, I only injected once, was it okay to contact without safety before menstruation, again, if I could not get pregnant immediately even though menstruation not smooth yet? I know the fertile period after KB injection can be 4 months until a year, I do not want to get pregnant but I also do not want to inject KB, so after my menstruation is smooth Bru use other safeguards, can it prevent pregnancy?
Thank you for the question.
Need to be clear, when was the last time you had a family planning injection?
3-month injectable birth control contains synthetic hormone progesterone which can prevent pregnancy because of its ability to inhibit ovulation, thicken cervical mucus, while preventing implantation of fertilization into the uterine wall. Because of the hormone content in it, 3-month injection KB can indeed cause sufferers to experience menstrual disorders. This is natural, and does not necessarily indicate that you are not fertile. So, it is not right if you mention the fertile period after injection KB can occur 4 months to 1 year.
As the name suggests, 3-month injectable birth control can only effectively protect you from 3 months of pregnancy since it was injected. If after 3 months you have not re-received family planning injections, so even though your menstruation has not returned smoothly, you are still at risk of becoming pregnant if you have unprotected sexual intercourse.
Therefore, if you and your partner really want to postpone pregnancy, you should take birth control regularly on the schedule recommended by your doctor. Or, if you also want to switch to other methods of contraception, then you should consult directly with your doctor or obstetrician to choose the appropriate type of contraception.
Hope this helps ...
