night, I am 22 years old in September 2017 I was declared to have lumbar scoliosis with a degree of inclination of 6 °. The doctor advised me to swim a lot to reduce the pain. I’ve tried to swim regularly 2x a week but still the pain is still very pronounced, and in fact it seems to be getting worse. Is there a solution? explanation please. Thank you
