How To Safely Clean The Baby’s Ears?
Can I clean the baby’s earlobe with cottonbuds and baby oil to soften the earwax that has accumulated on the ears?
cHalo, thanks for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically to clean the baby's outer ear, you only need a cotton ball and warm water only. If you don't have a cotton ball, you can use a cotton bud, but you have to make sure you don't put the cotton bud in the baby's ear canal (just to clean the ears). Baby oil is also not needed to clean baby's ears (using clean water is recommended). If indeed ear wax sticks to the ears and feels dry, you can clean your baby's ears after you bathe the baby. Make sure to clean it carefully, and again, don't clean the inside of the baby's ear canal.
That's all information from me, hopefully it's enough to answer
