Good morning … introduce me Rere. I sometimes worry about my health because at night I have to stay up late to make a cathering order that must be ready in the morning. Usually after I finish my morning sleep, I don’t sleep until 7 hours because I have to pick up a school kid and continue to prepare orders again. When there is time I will sleep again. Ideally, healthy adults need to sleep at least 6 hours a day to be able to work and function well in their daily lives. If you lack sleep at night, take time to sleep in the morning, afternoon, or evening
Sleep is not merely a matter of quantity, but also quality. If your activities do not allow you to sleep with enough time, then improve the quality of your sleep by conditioning the bed environment to be comfortable, don't be too dazzled, don't be too noisy, and the temperature is appropriate.
