How long do you hold it in the room? And if you put it in the refrigerator in the bulletin then can you enter the refrigerator again or not?

1 Answer:

Hello Fhariz, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

The durability of dairy ASI (ASIP) is highly dependent on many factors, some of which are cleanliness when pumping ASI (including pump cleanliness, hand hygiene, etc.), cleanliness of ASIP storage areas, and temperature of ASIP storage. Basically, ASIP can last longer in cold temperatures. If you store breast milk at room temperature is quite cold (25 degrees Celsius or colder), then the new milk in milk can last up to 6 hours. If the room temperature is hotter than that, ASIP resistance is shorter.

After ASIP is taken by the baby, the bacteria in the baby's mouth have entered ASIP, so ASIP will become less durable. ASIP that has been drunk to the baby and remaining can only be stored for up to 2 hours (you can drink it in the next drinking session), but should not be used again if it is more than 2 hours. For this reason, it is recommended that you store ASIP in small amounts (80-120mL) per storage area so that it is not wasted if the baby does not want to drink.

The following article you can read about ASIP storage

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
