How To Treat Hemorrhoids?
Excuse me, actually I have a chapter with blood already in a span of 2 months. I have consulted with my regional doctor, this is because I have been in a sitting position for too long and not drinking water. However, until now my chapter is still accompanied by blood (although sometimes) even more than before. Though I have followed the doctor’s advice to multiply drinking water. Is this normal? Then how to handle it?
Thank you for the question.
Chapter bleed that often recurs most often is caused by hemorrhoids. Not only because too much sitting and not drinking water, this condition can also be triggered by other factors, such as obesity, lack of fiber, chronic diarrhea or cough, pregnancy, heavy lifting habits, and certain genetic tendencies. In addition to bloody bowel movements, hemorrhoid sufferers are also prone to feel itching, swelling, pain, until the heat around their anus, even lumps can resemble meat that varies in size, some can come in and out by themselves, some cannot be inserted at all.
In addition to hemorrhoids, there are many more possibilities that can actually cause bloody bowel movements, for example anal cancer, anal fissure, dysentery, colorectal cancer, ruptured esophageal varices, peptic ulcers, drug side effects, and so on.
Our advice is, if your complaint worsens, check with your doctor or surgeon right away. If it is true that the hemorrhoids trigger your complaint, then depending on the severity, this condition can later be treated with drug administration, lifestyle modification, until surgery. At home, you can apply the following steps:
Drink more, at least 8-10 glasses a day
Expand also eat vegetables and fruits that are rich in fiber
Do not get used to hold BAB
Maintain your ideal body weight
Diligent exercise every day
Limit the habit of sitting too much, lifting excessive heavy loads
Do not carelessly take medicines or herbal supplements without doctor's advice
Hope this helps ...
