How to treat anus down how

1 Answer:

Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com

Rectal prolapse is a condition in which a part of the large intestine called the rectum is not where it should be (down to the anus or until it exits the anus). The only therapy that can improve this condition is by performing surgery to restore and fix the rectum where it should be. If the rectal prolapse is not too heavy, the doctor can generally recommend conventional therapy first, for example by improving the pattern of bowel movements (avoiding constipation so as not to push too hard), giving stool softeners when needed, avoiding lifting heavy objects, and reinserting the rectum using hand. However, most doctors will still recommend surgery to correct weaknesses in the muscles that hold the rectum so that rectal prolapse does not continue to repeat. Consult your condition with the surgeon for further evaluation and management.

So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
