I Suffer From Chronic Gastritis That Has Been Chronic
I want to ask for complaints that I have been suffering from, I suffered from ulcers from 2007, then around 2012 I was convicted of suffering from chronic ulcers.
Thank you for asking HealthReplies.com
complaints that you experience are complaints on your stomach, especially if you have a history of chronic stomach ulcers, so it's likely this is due to increased gastric acid that increases the esophagus or called GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), which causes gastric acid to rise into the esophagus (stomach acid reflux) ) occurs when the lower esophageal muscles (LES muscles) weaken. This LES muscle should contract and close the ducts into the esophagus after the food has descended into the stomach. If this muscle is weak, the esophagus will remain open and stomach acid will go back up into the esophagus.
where this causes symptoms of irritation in the esophagus which causes the throat to feel lonely and wedge which can make a cough, throat feels acidic and feels burning in the chest and head area and can cause shortness of breath, nausea and vomiting.
generally, mild acid reflux disease will only occur once or twice a month without requiring special medical treatment. These symptoms can be overcome by changing diet and buying drugs at the pharmacy. However, if symptoms become more severe, it is advisable to immediately see a doctor for treatment. maybe the doctor will conduct an examination beforehand to ascertain the cause of this after the doctor will give the right handler. do not be so trivial that if left unchecked this will lead to complications.
There are several things you can do at home:

You can take stomach medicines that you have or you can buy diapotics like antacids
