Good evening, thanks for the question
In dengue hemorrhagic fever, typical fever patterns will be found where the temperature will be very high around the first 3 days of illness, then followed by a decrease in temperature as if healed which is actually a critical phase of this disease. After that, it will be followed by 5-7 days, but the fever will not return as high as the initial recovery period. Complaints are also followed by bleeding manifestations such as nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or black bowel movements.
In your condition, it may not have yet to recover, so even though the fever has started to subside, other typical symptoms are still found. After entering the healing phase, platelet levels will slowly increase accompanied by recovery of symptoms and general condition of the patient.
Beware of possible danger symptoms such as severe vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of consciousness, active bleeding, and shortness of breath, so these conditions require immediate treatment in the emergency department.
That's all, hope you can help.
