Immunization Schedule For Children Aged 2 Years?
At night, my child is now 30 months or 2 years old, I saw the KIA book, it was painted. I am a child who has not been immune for two years, I have another, and I happen to be a posyandu tomorrow, if I repeat it again, how come I can’t? For example, but I forgot?
Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
First of all I want to confirm, what immunizations have not been given at the age of 2 years? Basically, at the age of 2 years, all complete basic immunizations should have been given. Optional immunizations given at age 2 include typhoid immunization, hepatitis A, varicella (if not previously given), or Japanese encephalitis (in endemic areas only). This optional immunization is usually not available at posyandu. Therefore you should reconfirm with your doctor or other health worker who gives immunizations for your child if there is a basic immunization that has not been given to your child before, so it must be given at the age of 2 years.
If indeed there are certain immunizations that have been given but have been forgotten to record, re-immunization will not cause certain side effects for children.
So much information from me, hopefully enough answer
