Impact If Consumption Of Pregnant Women Is Prohibited For Pregnant Women
Hello. I’m happy at 29 years old. Right now I am 4 months pregnant. 2 days I was drinking squash delight syrup that I just realized was not recommended for pregnant women. My questions: 1. What are the risks to the fetus? 2. And what is the solution to avoid a significant risk for the fetus?
Thank you for the question.
In the syrup products that you mentioned may contain preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavorings which, if consumed in excessive amounts risk to interfere with the development of the fetus in the womb. However, the potential of these ingredients in causing fetal developmental disorders is apparently still not much researched on a large scale. However, most likely, this risk you should be aware of if you consume syrup in large quantities or in the long run.
If you only consume the syrup occasionally in the past 1-2 days, it seems that you don't need to worry about this potential risk. Most importantly, try to no longer consume this product for the benefit of you and your own fetus. Do not forget, regularly control your pregnancy every month to the doctor or obstetrician. In addition, you also need to ensure that your nutritional intake is maintained properly during pregnancy, you get enough rest, do not stress too much, and live a healthy lifestyle in your daily life so that your fetus develops more optimally.
Hope this helps ...
