Increase Height With The Consumption Of Enhancing Supplements?
My height is 164, my wife is 150. My only child is 18 years old high 153. ‘She’ wants to increase height with supplement intake / enhancing milk. How was the response? Thank you in advance.
Hello Anditia, Thank you for the question.
Height often affects a person's self confidence and not infrequently people will do a variety of ways to increase height including taking supplements or height increasing milk. A person's height is influenced by heredity, nutrition, and lifestyle. The maximum height a girl can achieve is: (father's height - 12.7 cm + mother's height) divided by 2, or in other words your daughter is 150.6 cm. Furthermore, the growth limit for boys is 16 years old while for girls is 14-15 years or 2-3 years after the first menstruation. Thus, if the child is still in its infancy, then the opportunity to get taller is still there. Without trying to be discouraged, but if the age of your child is past the age of growth, then the chances of getting tall are fairly small.
However, there are a number of things your child can try, namely:
get enough rest to help the growth hormone group consume healthy balanced nutritious foods especially those containing protein, vegetables, and fruits, avoid consuming excessive sugar and saturated fat exercising regularly such as yoga, jumping rope, cycling, swimming, playing tennis or basketball Don't easily trust enhancing products such as milk or supplements. We recommend that you consult with your doctor before consuming these products to avoid unwanted health problems.
