I was the first child of 3 siblings. I am 23 years old. my second sister is 17 years old. and the youngest is only 5 months old. My siblings and I have different fathers. my mother married Siri several times. and from often used to marry men who already have families, including my father, and my two younger siblings. I still didn’t understand and always followed my mother’s words. the more I grow up, the more I understand our situation. and I always started to refute what my mother said if indeed she was guilty. I already have inner pressure from my kindergarten, because my mother changed her husband and never wanted to listen to what her child said. I can’t do anything. but that inner pressure can still be controlled. u003c / span u003e
Hello, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com
The family is the smallest unit of a community, therefore it is not uncommon for problems in the family to infer the concerns, anxieties, burdens, stresses, and even depression for the individuals involved.
Some tips for you:
Looking for a positive activity that can build you up
Divert your mind to things that you like and are positive
Search and do your hobby
Relax yourself and mind with meditation and yoga
Sleep and rest enough
Pouring emotions and complaints to the people closest to you
If that really bothers you, it's a good idea to check with a psychiatrist or psychologist to help you deal with the problems you are experiencing.
So much information from me, hopefully it helps
