Day 4 I had no fever and no headaches anymore, but I vomited twice, after saying a lot of movement / walking. On the night I got a nosebleed 1x, not much u0026amp; only in one hiding only. Do I need a blood check? Is it possible for me to have dengue or typhus? R nThank you in advance ..
Hello, thank you for the question for HealthReplies.com
The symptoms you experience are non-specific symptoms that can occur due to various diseases. DHF or typhoid fever can both cause the above symptoms, as can other infections, such as gastrointestinal infections, hepatitis, infections of the brain and lining of the brain, other common viral infections such as rubella, mononucleosis, etc.
If indeed you are still experiencing nausea and vomiting until now, or the fever returns if you don't take fever medicine, a nosebleed without a trigger (not picking your nose or blowing your nose), you should check with your doctor again. A more complete physical examination is required including examination of the throat, examination of lymph nodes, examination of the skin (whether or not there is a rash), and so on. Supporting examinations such as laboratory tests (blood tests) are also needed to support the diagnosis.
For now, you can continue the therapy your doctor gave you before. You must finish your antibiotics even if your symptoms improve. Get plenty of rest and make sure you drink enough. Eat enough balanced nutritious foods, if you have difficulty swallowing, you can eat soft foods first for a while.
So much information from me, hopefully it will be enough to answer
