Hello Doctor, I am 26-year-old Iwan. why yaa my heart is not pounding, sometimes it feels painful when urinating usually when I wake up in the afternoon. then if I breathe like that loss. but not until I get dizzy or anything. Even though I don’t consume alcohol, don’t smoke either, even drink coffee sometimes. I also like to exercise, but not routinely. just interrupted my busy work …. Thank you
