Irregular Heart Palpitations And Pain When Urinating?
Hello Doctor, I am 26-year-old Iwan. why yaa my heart is not pounding, sometimes it feels painful when urinating usually when I wake up in the afternoon. then if I breathe like that loss. but not until I get dizzy or anything. Even though I don’t consume alcohol, don’t smoke either, even drink coffee sometimes. I also like to exercise, but not routinely. just interrupted my busy work …. Thank you
Thank you for the question.
Irregular heartbeat, chest pain, to cause discomfort when breathing can occur naturally if you consume excessive caffeine, including those contained in coffee. The level of caffeine called excessive is usually more than 400 mg per day. However, in people who are sensitive, consuming less caffeine may have triggered a rhythm disturbance and strength of the heart pump, increased stomach acid, and various other complaints as you experience. So, even if you say "sometimes drink coffee", this could be the originator of your complaint right now. In addition to coffee, various products, soft drinks or energy drinks also contain caffeine in them.
In addition to excessive caffeine consumption, your complaints may also be caused by other factors, such as heart attacks, asthma, heart rhythm disorders, bronchitis, pneumonia, pneumothorax, allergies, heart valve disorders, heart swelling, excessive anxiety disorders, weak heart, gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastritis, somatoform disorders, drug side effects, peptic ulcers, and so on.
If you have never checked your complaint with your doctor before, now is the time. Check with yourself directly to the doctor or doctor of internal medicine to be handled properly, and also further examined, such as by electrocardiography, x-rays, echocardiography, or other supporting tests. For now, what needs to be done is:
Limit, if necessary avoid, first consume any caffeinated drinks
Regularly exercise, at least 30 minutes every day
Do not smoke, do not consume alcohol
Don't worry too much, panic, be afraid, be sad, or think too much
Stay away from substances that might make you allergic
Eat more regularly, a little but often, do not eat too close to bedtime
Drink more water diligently
Do not take any medicine without doctor's advice
Hope this helps ...
