Irregular Menstruation And Bleeding From Clots.?
Hello doctor, I want to ask .. I get regular every month but last March it wasn’t mens … it’s been about 1.5 months I didn’t get menses again with a lot of blood clotting doctors … usually men also have clots but it’s rather small that times how come this is rather large … is it normal doctor?
Menstruation normally has a cycle of 21-35 days with menstrual periods of 2-7 days and the amount of blood released by 30-40 ml. Sometimes women experience menstrual delays that can be influenced by several things such as pregnancy, stress, fatigue, drastic weight changes, polycystic ovarum syndrome, ovarian cysts, thyroid disorders, and hormonal disorders.
Sometimes women also experience changes in menstrual blood, for example, becoming more clotted. Menstrual blood clots are generally still within normal limits if small and occasional. However, if blood clots are larger than usual, accompanied by a greater amount of blood, or there is severe abdominal pain, it is necessary to think about the following possibilities:
Miscarriage in pregnancy is not realized
If more and more blood clots make you have to change pads every 2 hours or if there is severe abdominal pain, it would be better if you consult a gynecologist so that the cause can be ascertained so that you can be given further treatment.
For the time being, you can pay attention back to the blood coming out, replace the pads regularly, get enough rest, and keep the vaginal area clean.
Hope it helps you,
