Is A 3-month-old Baby Defecating, Dark Green, Liquid And Not Berampas Normal?
Siang. My baby is 3 months old but her pup is a bit too pushy, dark green, liquid, and not stubborn, my baby is breast milk + milk, why is that with digestion? or is there something wrong with the milk that doesn’t match? What content should it contain? so that the pup is normal. Thank you
Green stool in infants can be caused by the following conditions:
Allergy to cow's milk or nutrients that are flowed from breast milk Viral infections Excessive intake of lactose Mothers consume large amounts of green vegetables Mothers consume certain drugs such as antibiotics or zinc If there is a change in the bowel and baby's stool pattern after formula feeding, you can replace for a while with low lactose formula milk. Mothers can limit consumption of cow's milk, green vegetables for medicines, and try to monitor changes in children's stool afterwards. Changes in bowel movements that cause the baby's weight does not rise, decreased urination, enlarged abdomen, vomiting, children can not drink at all, is a sign of danger so the mother must immediately take the child to be examined by a doctor. Thus the explanation from me, may be useful.
