Want to ask, is the DNA test the same as a blood test?
Good evening, thanks for the question
DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is a nucleic acid that contains human genetic material, such as hair color, skin, iris, and so forth. Humans have each half the genetic material or chromosomes from their mother and biological father. To be able to map human genetic material, it can be done by examining DNA through several specimens from the body. Specimens commonly used include blood, hair, nails, or saliva. If you use a blood specimen, the examination is the same as a blood test in general, only the examination procedures in the laboratory will be different.
