Is Circumcision Necessary If The Foreskin Is Still Sticky?
Hello, I’m a 21-year-old male, so far I haven’t circumcised. But my case is different from the others, my foreskin is still sticky with the head of my penis. Sometimes I erect and force to pull the head of my penis from the foreskin but can not. Fyi: I don’t circumcise because of family tradition. The question is whether it’s okay if not circumcised, where I also read the head of the penis must always be cleaned. But with my foreskin closed so confused how to clean it. And also I’m a bit uncomfortable, where every time after BAK, there is always residual water that comes out from the foreskin, make the CD wet.
Good evening, thanks for the question
Circumcision or circumcision is an action to remove the prepuce (foreskin) skin of the penis. This action is generally done to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections due to a buildup of smegma and germs in the prepusium, one of which is due to the condition of the sticky foreskin on the head of the penis. Before circumcision, the risk of recurrence is high because the uncircumcised penis has the potential to become a place for growth and development of microorganisms such as fungi and bacteria due to bad hygiene.
So far circumcision is the best way to prevent the recurrence of infection in both children and adults and to free the foreskin adhesions in such cases. In general, circumcision is highly recommended in terms of health because of its significant benefits, the procedure is relatively uncomplicated, and the lack of complications that may arise after the action. Therefore, do not hesitate to consider this procedure in your case for good reproductive health.
That's all, hope you can help.
