I was injured by a sports injury that caused an enormous bruise of almost 2 inch. So that I cannot straighten my left hand. Do I have to follow up with a doctor or will it heal by itself?

Hello Fifin, Thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com.

sports injuries can vary depending on the type of sport, location and mechanism of the injury process experienced. There are several possibilities that might occur including:

Inflammation of the muscles, due to muscle fatigue or due to overstretching Sprains / sprains, tearing or tearing of the ligamentous tissue that functions to bind the bones in the joints Dislocation, the occurrence of joint displacement from the proper position.

Resting the injured body part Elevating the injured body part (if possible, depending on the location of the injury) Doing a cold compress at the location of the injury Do not try to manipulate (pull, massage, press) the injured part immediately consult your orthopedic doctor if there is no repair or get worse to get further examination and treatment

so much information from me, hopefully can help.
