Is It Safe When You Often Urinate When Starting Contractions At 39 Weeks Gestation?
In the evening, I have 38-39 weeks of my hpl in 3 days from now … but at all times, it’s 2 hours. Until now .. the stronger but not felt significant … the more frequent is a small amount of water … it can be 10-15 minutes once the ap is normal and will not affect my baby or what … or is it a fake contraction or what ??
Thank you for the question.
Indeed, the closer the HPL (Birth Forecast Day), the contractions will appear more often with a stronger intensity. The insistence of the lower part of the fetus (often the head) that has begun to enter the upper door of the pelvis can also cause you to urinate more frequently, and conversely, it is more difficult to defecate. This condition can indeed cause its own discomfort. However, as long as you still feel the fetal movements naturally, no other signs of labor appear (such as bleeding out of mucus or amniotic fluid from the birth canal), your condition may still be classified as a false contraction. No need to worry.
You can do the following suggestions to be more calm and ready to face labor that is approaching:
Expand breathing exercises, pregnancy exercises also do according to doctor's orders
Compress the heartburn area with warm water
Always wear loose, comfortable clothes
Do not push, if the doctor has not ordered it
Keep eating and drinking enough to maintain stamina
Sleep on your left side when sleepy
Calm your mind, throw away negative thoughts let alone anxiety and excessive fear
If then contractions appear stronger, more frequent, and longer in duration, or other signs of labor appear as mentioned above, it is better to check with yourself directly to a doctor or obstetrician so that they are handled well, okay?
I hope this helps.
