Is It Wrong If You Often Talk To Yourself?
I often talk to myself and sometimes I frontal say a few sentences that other people don’t understand but have something to do with my conscience. Such as I was alone when I was alone, I attacked scrolling my cellphone and suddenly in me said “why are you watching this?” And suddenly I said “noisy” as if the situation around me was talking to me. Is there something wrong? By the way, I’m 15 years old
Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Basically, there is nothing wrong with speaking in your heart. It is not even wrong to have a dialogue with yourself, especially if you are trying to solve a problem, face a conflict or make a choice in your life.
The problem is when there are other sounds that you hear, which are not controlled and seem to put new ideas in your mind. For example, you hear a whisper that says strange things, like for example you are actually a hero, or your family wants to harm you, and so on. This voice sounds real and can't be heard by others, and you can't stop or control.
If it does not reach this point, it really does not matter much. But if this is very disturbing to you, because we also do not know exactly how the condition picture, you better consult directly to a psychologist or psychiatrist, so that it can be ascertained by two-way communication whether the condition you are experiencing is a disturbance or not. That way, misunderstandings can be avoided, the history of the condition is clearer and the handling can be more precise. So, hopefully answering your question.
