A normal menstrual cycle can occur every 21-35 days. From the dates you gave, your menstrual cycle is short, but not abnormal. Your cycle takes place every 23-25 days.
To be able to calculate your fertile period for the benefit of the pregnancy program, you can use the following formula:
Your shortest cycle minus 18 days Your longest cycle minus 11 days For example in your case:
