Hello, Alreadyo, thanks for asking HealthReplies.com.
Several studies have confirmed that there is a relationship between psychological stress and the appearance of physical symptoms such as headache, abdominal pain, tightness, nausea, palpitations, vomiting, and so on. This is referred to as psychosomatic, ie if the psychological state causes physical complaints.
Psychological stress causes an increase in nervous excitability which makes these organs respond with complaints as above. In addition, psychological stress can increase substances that trigger inflammation.
How to relieve stress can be in various ways, and it takes patience. The following things can be tried to relieve stress:
1. Resolving problems that make your mind burden
2. Telling things that are a burden on your mind to people you trust
3. Recreation, vacation
4. Doing hobbies
5. Meet people you like
6. Meditate or worship
