Is The Appearance Of Rashes Or Bumps On The Face Normal?
Hello Lately my face, especially on my cheeks, looks like little red bumps that don’t look like pimples, but are like allergies, even though I don’t eat anything because of temperature changes, but it doesn’t feel itchy. Please answer😊
Hello Rina, Thank you for the question.
Small red spots that appear on your face might still be caused by acne. Acne has many forms. Acne occurs due to the blockage of hair follicles / pores of the skin by a pile of dead cells and skin oil which can cause inflammation so that reddish spots appear on the skin (papule acne). Clogged skin pores can be followed by bacterial infections, causing pustular pimples (small red spots accompanied by pus). The appearance of acne itself is strongly influenced by various factors such as heredity, hormonal factors, the presence of friction objects on the face, stress levels, side effects of drugs, and smoking habits. In addition to acne, this complaint can also be caused by contact dermatitis, both irritant contact dermatitis and allergic, eczema and insect bite contact dermatitis. The rose water you use can cause your complaints.
To be sure, you are advised to consult a dermatologist before the symptoms get worse. The doctor will ask about your complaints and examine your kukit before giving the next appropriate treatment.
In the meantime, please do the following suggestions:
Avoid using rose water for a while until you see a doctor
clean your face regularly with a mild soap, which does not foam and does not contain fragrance
always take a shower after a heavy activity
use water-based facial care products
avoid direct sunlight, use sunscreen if you have to move outdoors
avoid squeezing the red spots
clean your bed regularly
I hope this helps.
