Hello, thank you for the question to HealthReplies.com
Basically the release of cold sweat associated with the response of stress hormones released by the body under certain conditions. The following are some things that can trigger cold sweat:
Conditions of excessive stress, fear, anxiety, panic Severe pain Nausea, dizziness, and vertigo / dizziness Fainting Hypotension Hypoglycemia Shock Heart attacks and many more Cold sweat that you experience may be due to nausea that you experience. Now more important for you to find is the cause of nausea, vomiting, and heartburn. Nausea, vomiting, and heartburn can occur due to several possibilities, including:
functional dyspepsia gastritis or inflammation of the stomach peptic ulcer GERD disorders of the bile duct disorders of the pancreas disorders of the liver / liver infection of the stomach and intestines (gastroenteritis) etc. To find out more clearly the cause, you should do a doctor's examination first to be further evaluated symptoms your symptoms. Some things you can do right now:
Try to consume stomach acid neutralizing drugs such as antacids. You can also look for antacids that contain simethicone if you feel your stomach is bloated. Eat small amounts but more often Avoid consuming foods that are too greasy, spicy, and too acidic for a while Avoid eating large amounts at the same time Drinking more water
