1 Answer:
Hello Winda,
Thank you for the question.
Sore throat, colds, and headaches can occur due to COVID-19 (infection by the new Corona virus), or not. If you feel you have restricted your way out of your home, have never had contact with a COVID-19 sufferer, and have never traveled or made contact with people who have traveled to an area with a COVID-19 outbreak, then you should not worry too much. It is likely that your complaints are purely due to allergies, irritation, dry throat, acid reflux, gastrointestinal disorders, and other viral or bacterial infections (other than the Corona virus that causes COVID-19).
You can handle your complaint first by:
Take paracetamol to improve your sore throat and headache. Sleep early Don't use the air conditioner and fan too cold. Don't leave the house, except for emergencies. Stay away from cigarettes, smoke, dust, pollution, cold, dry air, animal hair, pollen. Take care of yourself and keep your environment clean Drink more warm water and eat more fruit, foods that contain broth, and foods that are easily digested, not spicy, especially oily. Use a mask for colds. Conversely, if you often travel outside the home, or have factors the risk of contracting COVID-19 as we mentioned above, you should be more vigilant. Check with your doctor directly or the ENT doctor if within 3 days your complaint does not improve with the steps above.
Hope this helps ...
