Itchy skin on the feet can be caused by =
Dermatitis.
Allergy.
viral infection.
Irritation.
Insect bites.
Fungal infection.
Dry skin.
Skin conditions that feel rough (crunchy) can occur due to inflammation of the skin. Of course, further examination of the skin condition you are experiencing is needed to determine the cause of the skin and of course determine the right treatment.
You can use calamine lotion to relieve itching, keep the skin of the feet clean but avoid scratching it. If it really bothers you, you can take an antihistamine to relieve itching.
