Itchy Body After Consuming A Lot Of Eggs?
Good afternoon, I’m currently on the lcd diet (low carbo diet)rnThen my main priority is eggs because they’re easy to cook and look for like me because I’m a boarding house kid.rnBut now my body is often itchy” treated with wind oil, it heals and then itches again in other places.rnHow is this? Is it an allergy? Or is the body’s adjustment process that is used to eating carbohydrates now more to protein?rnThank you
Thanks for the question. Does this complaint always appear after you consume eggs? If yes, then your complaint is probably caused by an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions to food usually arise due to the protein content in the food which is misinterpreted by the body into something dangerous so that the body reacts by releasing allergic substances. Reactions that can appear in each person vary from mild (eg hives, swollen lips, swollen eyes) to life-threatening (eg closed throat, shortness of breath, palpitations). If you have an allergic reaction in the form of a red rash accompanied by itching, you can try applying a cold compress or using salicylic powder or calamine lotion to relieve the itching. Don't scratch the itchy area. The main thing is to stop the consumption of foods that cause these complaints.
