Good afternoon, thanks for asking at HealthReplies.com. Itching can occur due to various things, including certain skin diseases, allergies, nervous disorders, internal diseases, infections and all kinds of things. One of the causes of itching is dry skin. In your case, there are two possible explanations.
The first is because when your body temperature rises either from exposure to the sun or starting to exercise, you have a sweating disorder that causes your sweat to come out late and makes your skin dry and itchy. After then sweat out and your skin does not become so dry, your itching is gone. However, this condition is rare.
The second possibility, which is more common, is that you have Cholinergic Urticaria, a condition in which a person feels itchy due to an increase in body temperature. This mechanism is mediated by disorders of the nervous and immune systems.
Our advice if this bothers you, check your condition with a dermatologist to be able to further narrow down what condition you are experiencing. Your doctor can also prescribe an antihistamine to relieve itching that you can take every time you exercise. I hope you and your family are always healthy.
That's all, hope it helps.
