Hello Septyana,

Orgasm is the peak of pleasure felt by men and women when they get sexual stimulation. Some women have difficulty reaching an orgasm. The difficulty of achieving orgasm in women can be caused by several factors such as:

Too tense and unable to relax, unfocused mind, feeling uncomfortable during intercourse, anxiety, stress, and other psychological problems Lack of stimulation Have experienced trauma during intercourse Side effects of antidepressant drugs and birth control pills Thyroid disease Consumption of alcoholic beverages While the vagina feels hot each intercourse, this can be caused by having intercourse for too long with hard friction on the vagina, blisters on the vagina, irritation for example due to condoms or vaginal cleaning fluids, vaginal dryness and lack of lubricating fluid, and the presence of infection or inflammation in the vagina.

Difficulty having an orgasm over time can be annoying. Therefore, you should talk about this with your partner. Open communication is key in this regard. In addition, you and your partner can try to do some of the following tips:

Change intercourse positions that are more comfortable for you Focus on your mind during intercourse Do longer foreplay Perform penetration when the vagina has enough lubrication Do activities together that can build intimacy Realize your sexual fantasies and your partner Do relaxation Manage stress well Clean the vagina before and after related If you feel disturbed by the condition that you are experiencing, I suggest that you go to the doctor directly so that further tests can be carried out to determine the cause so that you can be given the right treatment by the doctor. Handling will be adjusted to your condition.
