There are several conditions that must be met before donating a kidney, including:
the donor is a healthy person, has the same blood type as the potential organ recipient, and needs to be tested for kidney function beforehand. Prospective donors are ensured to be able to perform body functions properly even though one donor kidney is free from infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS. Donors are over the age of 18. Donors donate voluntarily and not on the basis of buying and selling. Sorry, we cannot provide information about hospitals that can accept kidney donors. And keep in mind that buying and selling any organs, including kidneys, is a criminal act with severe sanctions.
