I want to ask.. One year ago I was pregnant and then miscarried at 4 months when I miscarried I didn’t take drugs or herbs.. And 8 months later I was late for 3 months.. I tested negative and I went to the midwife the result was also negative. He said it was just late.. Then now I have severe nausea, dizziness, back pain and stomach cramps.. When I did the urine test the result was negative?? How is the solution.. Thank you in advance

1 Answer:

Hi Lita. In general, miscarriage, which is an event in which there is a threatening process, or the death of the fetus, is often a cause for concern for the mother-to-be for her next pregnancy. However, miscarriage which is the result of genetic and chromosomal abnormalities is not a determinant for future pregnancies. Based on research, those who have had a previous miscarriage can still get pregnant smoothly in the next pregnancy. If you experience a missed period, then the causes can be:

1. Unhealthy lifestyle such as limiting excessive food intake, physical fatigue and lack of rest

2. Psychological stress

3. Presence of certain clinical conditions such as pelvic inflammation, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis

4. Pregnancy

5. Contraceptive use

While the condition you are experiencing now could be caused by a viral infection before menstruation syndrome.

Things you can do to help get pregnant:

1. Maintain a healthy lifestyle by consuming a balanced diet and consuming more water

2. Eat foods that contain folic acid, vitamin E such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, liver, fish, lean meats, eggs, dairy products

3. Have sex regularly

4. Manage stress which can also affect your menstrual cycle

5. Get enough rest

6. Avoid smoking and alcohol

7. Follow the pregnancy program

Here's how to get pregnant fast and have irregular periods. Consult further with your obstetrician. Hopefully helpful, and thank you. Regards, Dr Alyssa
