Hello, Mrs. Komala Sari Permana. Thank you for the questions submitted to HealthReplies.com We can understand the concern you feel.
Pregnancy can be characterized by presumptive symptoms. Presumptive symptoms indicate the possibility of pregnancy. Presumptive symptoms of pregnancy include:
Amenorrhoea (not menstruation). This symptom can only be relied upon in women whose regular menstrual cycles. Changes in the urinary tract (urinating becomes more frequent, including at night) Changes in the breast (enlargement, discoloration, discharge of colostrum) Nausea and vomiting Changes in the skin (stretch marks, visible dilation of capillaries in the skin, black lines in the stomach ) To be able to ascertain whether the patient is pregnant, it is advisable to do a direct examination to the doctor, midwife, or obstetrician. The doctor will carry out the necessary physical and supportive examinations to identify definite signs of pregnancy, including:
Identification of embryonic or fetal appearance on ultrasound examination The presence of fetal heart rate on examination with Doppler ultrasound (starting at week 10) or Laenec fetoscope aids (starting at week 18-20) Fetal exposure on physical examination (starting at week 22 ) At home, mothers are encouraged to repeat the examination with a pregnancy test (test pack) regularly if not yet to the doctor, adequate rest, and eat a balanced nutritious food regularly.
