Late Menstruation, Positive Testpack Results And Blood Spots?
, I want to ask if my period is 17 days late and the results have been tested positive. But when on ultrasound and transv after 7hr menstruation, the bag of pregnancy was not visible, finally the urine test and the results were positive. Finally I was told to come 2 weeks again. But today I have more spots but more. I went straight to the doctor on Transv LG and I still can’t see the pregnant bag too. Is this a miscarriage or something?
Good afternoon, thank you for asking at HealthReplies.com. Pregnancy sac is a sign of pregnancy that can be seen using an ultrasound aid. This sac is first detected at around 3-6 weeks of gestation using transvaginal ultrasound (through the vagina) and is seen at more than 7 weeks when using transabdominal ultrasound (on the abdomen). This gestational sac is what will support the development of the fetus in the womb.
In your case, if it is predicted that your gestational age is less than 6 weeks, then there is actually a possibility that your condition is normal. However, if it is more than 6 weeks and still undetectable, then among the possibilities are a miscarriage, failure of embryo development, or a pregnancy that occurs outside the uterus so it is difficult to detect. To ensure this, you still have to undergo an examination by a gynecologist.
Our advice, in the near future you still have to frequently control your pregnancy condition at your obstetrician in order to avoid unwanted things. Get plenty of rest, limit physical activity, consume pregnancy vitamins, and avoid stress and cigarette smoke.
