Lbp + Crs Cervical EMG And MR Examination?
good night, i was diagnosed with lbp -crs mutiple canal stenesis and then referred to another hospital for examination of emg and mri cervical, please ask what is it about, i still don’t understand about my disease and why did it come to mri?
What do you mean, the doctor diagnosed you with the condition LBP (low back pain) e.c (et causa) multiple canal stenosis? or is there another meaning of the abbreviation or term -crs that you wrote down? then what do you mean by emg inspection? because in the medical world there is no term for the examination.
Low back pain can be caused by several conditions including curvature of the spine such as scoliosis, narrowing of the gaps between the joints of the spine, osteoporosis or bone loss, improper posture habits or a history of spinal injuries.
If from the results of the doctor's examination, the diagnosis is low back pain due to multiple canal stenosis, which is a narrowing of the gap where the nerves around your spine exit, the doctor recommends an MRI to be involved in which part of the spinal canal is narrowed.
It is recommended that you do an MRI because this examination modality can detect structural abnormalities in several organs such as the brain, spinal cord, heart, blood vessels, bones and joints.
