Left Breast Enlarged In Men?
I want to ask, I’m a man of my age 19 My breasts are enlarged and behind my nipples there are lumps when pressed and when I squeeze out clear liquid. What is cancer ?? Do you want to see a doctor?
Thank you for the question.
Although rare, it is not impossible that breast cancer occurs in men. This condition is often characterized by changes in the breast as follows:
Lumps appear that continue to enlarge, hard, difficult to move, and rough surface Appear changes in the skin of the breast, such as thickened, rough, curved as attracted A change in the nipples of the breast, such as removing abnormal secretions, wounds, festering Appearing swollen lymph nodes, such as in the armpit or neck There is a decrease in weight loss drastically, excessive sweating, easy fatigue As for the complaints that you experience, may indeed indicate cancer, but may also be caused by other factors, such as infection or inflammation due to other causes in the breast skin, hormonal disorders, drug side effects, alcoholism, drug abuse, hypogonadism, adrenal or pituitary gland tumors, hyperthyroidism, kidney failure, cirrhosis, liver failure, malnutrition, and so on.
To be clear, you need to see yourself directly to a doctor or dermatologist. To be able to make the correct diagnosis, doctors need to conduct a careful physical examination, or also assisted with supporting examinations, such as tissue biopsy and ultrasound. That way, the doctor can certainly give you the right treatment according to the cause. If it is true that the doctor suspects that you have cancer or other tumors in your breast, later you may be referred to an oncology surgeon for further treatment.
In the meantime, what needs to be done is to improve personal hygiene, especially your breast area. Avoid squeezing or gouging any lumps in your breast. Always use clothes that are clean and not tight. Live a healthy lifestyle in your daily life, also avoid the habit of consuming alcohol and drugs.
Hope this helps ...
