Pain that you feel in the ribs or chest area, can be caused by:
A history of trauma in the part that was felt before
Disorders of the chest muscles / myalgia
Disorders of nerve branches in the chest wall
Muscle tension due to heavy activity
Related to your complaints, if you have no previous history of lung or heart disease, there is no history of trauma about the blood and complaints occur suddenly while doing activities, generally it is caused by disorders of the muscles around the chest cavity. Pain can be interpreted by the brain until it feels penetrated to the ribs.
However, to find out exactly the cause of your complaint, ideally an examination is carried out directly by the doctor closest to you. The doctor will conduct a direct physical examination and a thorough evaluation to assess the possible causes and selection of the best therapy for your condition.
The following recommendations you can do, including:
Take a break at home
Avoid activities that are too large
Inadequate body fluid needs and consume healthy and nutritious food
Take pain medications such as paracetamol
So much information that I can convey, hopefully it helps
