Hello Athy Hariathy,

Leucorrhoea is a condition of discharge / secretions from the vagina. Leucorrhoea can be normal (physiological) or abnormal (pathological). Normal vaginal discharge is usually influenced by the menstrual cycle and stress, generally clear or slight vaginal discharge, thick liquid consistency, odorless, does not cause complaints of itching. Leucorrhoea can occur in pregnant women due to hormonal changes, or it increases a lot just before delivery.

The abnormal vaginal signs are as follows:

Discoloration to yellowish, greenish, brownish, or milky white Smelling, such as fishy odor, foul odor Cause itching, burning in the genitals Clumps The most common cause of vaginal discharge is irritation due to the use of pantyliners or feminine cleaners; pubic infections due to bacteria or fungi. Abnormal vaginal discharge can also be a marker of cervical cancer. You can consult further with an obstetrician to help diagnose the cause of vaginal discharge that you experience. Physical examination and also support (such as vaginal discharge) will help to determine what therapy needs to be given to the patient. The drugs given can be in the form of antibiotics and or antifungals, drug preparations can be in the form of pills that are inserted through the vagina and or drugs taken. To prevent vaginal discharge from recurring, consider the following:

Avoid pants and underwear that are too tight. Use cotton underwear that absorbs sweat. Change the underwear at least twice a day after bathing. Wipe every time you use BAK and dry it well before wearing underwear. Avoid using pads / pantyliners / soap that is approximately irritating Thus my explanation, hopefully useful.
