Lighting Settings For The Nursery?
Bismillah ,, how many watts of lights is right for the baby’s room
Adjusting the lighting in the baby's room has several benefits such as keeping the child sleeping more soundly, maintaining room temperature, and of course keeping the room bright so it is easy when on the move. Try to have two lights, namely a light when on the move and a dim light for sleeping. In the bedroom itself, the lighting is usually between 120-250 lux so that the wattage of the lamp itself is adjusted to the size of the room, but lamps with smaller watts can be an option to use because they do not cause excessive heat or can choose LED lights.
Efforts are also made to ensure that the type of lamp does not make the room too dim so that it remains safe for activities. The light for sleeping itself can be used by dim lights so that at night the child wakes up is not surprised by the bright light and you can still do activities such as changing diapers or giving milk.
The layout of items and types of lamps also need to be considered so that they can save more energy, although the initial purchase can be more expensive when using certain types of lamps.
